The Deer Lakes Hockey Club would like invite all students from Deer Lakes, Ambridge, Aquinas Academy, Eden Christian Academy, St. Joseph’s High School, and any student from Allegheny Valley Schools that are interested in playing hockey for the upcoming 2026-2027 season to a free preseason skate on Sunday, March 29th. This event will be held at Alpha Ice Complex in Harmar Twp.
| 6:30pm – 7:20pm | 8U, 10U |
| 7:30pm – 8:20pm | 12U, 14U |
| 8:30pm – 9:20pm | High School (including rising 9th graders) |
Anyone attending should have basic skating skills and must have the proper hockey equipment to take the ice. This includes:
- Helmet with face cage/shield
- Shoulder pads
- Elbow pads
- Padded hockey pants
- Shin pads
- Skates
- Stick
- Any jersey that fits
